The Opportunity

As a Technology Product Ambassador you will play a key role in promoting our creativity and productivity software to potential, worldwide customers. This could be over a video link or at a client site. You should possess excellent communication skills with a proactive and determined attitude. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.

Responsibilities and Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide product demonstrations to potential customers who have requested demonstrations either via video conferencing or at the client site. Demonstrations to be tailored to customer demands and industry sectors with the intention of achieving product sales.
  • Reach out to potential customers who have signed up to a product trial to offer demonstrations.
  • Build up a knowledge bank of how our products can be used specifically in certain industries and sectors and use this knowledge to help inform customers and to inform marketing efforts.
  • Identify and attend relevant conferences and exhibitions in which we can demonstrate and persuade customers to purchase our products.
  • Become an expert of the product and company, addressing best practice for internal and external queries.
  • Consider and develop the use of weekly webinars.
  • Update the CRM system for details of potential customer interaction.
  • Develop relevant templates to fit customer and industry needs.

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to persuade.
  • Well organised with the ability to take control over different areas of responsibility.
  • Self-motivated, determined and energetic with a desire to succeed.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Previous experience of working in a similar role is desirable.

    Salary: Negotiable dependent upon experience
